Netop Vision allows a teacher to monitor and control the student computers in a lab environment.
Incoming students who are not registered to at least one course and users outside SUNY Oswego will not be able to join a Zoom meeting. The workaround would be for the advisors or the host of the meeting to turn off the "require authentication to join" option before starting the meeting.
A closed captioning feature is available in Zoom for hosts to turn on during meetings. The feature can be set up to allow a person to type the live captioning or you can also use Zoom's auto-transcription service.
