Overview
This article explains the procedures for logging into Zoom on different platforms.
Instructions
There are three ways you can log into Zoom depending on if you are using Zoom from the web, from a PC or Mac, or from a smartphone.
Logging into Zoom from the Web

Go to https://oswego-edu.zoom.us/

Click the "Sign In" button

Enter your SUNY Oswego email address and password when prompted
Logging into Zoom from the PC or Mac Applications

Open up the Zoom application installed on your PC or Mac

Click the "SSO" button in the bottom left of the window.
Older Zoom versions will have a slightly different login. For those click the "Sign In with SSO" button.

It will ask for the company domain. Enter: oswego-edu and click "Continue."

Note if you forget the domain name, you can click on the "I do not know the company domain" link, enter your SUNY Oswego email address and then you will be redirected to login.

Logging into Zoom from an iOS or Android mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, etc.)
- Open up the Zoom app on your device
- Click the "SSO" button. The image below shows the SSO button located at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone.
- It will ask for the company domain. Enter: oswego-edu
- Note if you forget the domain name, you can click on the "I do not know the company domain" link, enter your SUNY Oswego email address and then you will be redirected to login.
- Enter your SUNY Oswego email address and password when prompted.
