Service Description
This form is to be used for events requiring the assistance of the Instructional Support group, such as commencement, guest speakers, and award ceremonies.
This form can only be used by faculty and staff. Students will not be allowed to request CTS event support. If you are a student and need to borrow equipment, please go to the Penfield Library Borrowed Equipment page to find out more.
