Campus Technology Services (CTS) has purchased software products for the campus community. They are available for installation on faculty, staff, and/or student machines based on licensing.


Use this form to request a departmental or club/organization account that needs to be transferred from one user to another.


The services available for account management apply to your SUNY Oswego email and Laker NetID accounts. Services include changing your password, setting a security question, setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA), and more.

CrowdStrike Falcon is a new endpoint detection and response (EDR) system that protects computing devices from viruses, malware, and ever-evolving security threats such as ransomware. CrowdStrike Falcon replaces Cylance offering around-the-clock monitoring and response to security threats.


This form is for requesting printer, computer, or telephone moves for individual faculty and staff.


Students can request an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) license for their classes on a per semester basis. There are a limited number of licenses available.

O Drives/OswegoShares are for departments to share documents (separate from Google Drive). Follow the link for this service to request access to a departmental drive. Manager approval is required.


Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required with the use of a SUNY Oswego Laker NetID. There are two MFA methods, one to be used with Google and the other to be used with various other digital services including but not limited to Brightspace, myOswego, Adobe, and Office365.


These quotes are for the campus standard configurations of desktops and laptops. For departments wishing to purchase equipment using their own funds, you may attach the quotes to your requisition which would then get sent to the Purchasing department to purchase.

Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 on Oct. 14, 2025. After this date, Microsoft will stop providing security updates to client devices, which puts those devices and the campus at risk. CTS has piloted migrating some campus computers to Windows 11 and is now ready to work with the campus to make a full migration.


This service is in regards to replacing aged computers with previously used equipment.

This form is used when a department needs a new (O: Drive) folder(s) or a new share(s) created for shared resources.


Use this form to request a licensed Zoom account.


This form is for retirees wishing to enable Google Takeout/Transfer Services to remove data from their Oswego account and move to a personal Google Account.


This is used to request software installations for labs and other SUNY-owned devices.


LakerPrint works by submitting your document to the LakerPrint cloud ahead of time and then visiting any LakerPrint station to release the document to the printer. You don’t have to bring a thumb drive or log in to your email to find the document you want to print. Instead, upload, email, and use the Pharos mobile app or Pharos Chrome extension to submit your document.


This form is to be used for events requiring the assistance of the Instructional Support group.
