Minitab can be used by students and employees in the computer labs and advanced technology classroom computers. This service is for those that would like to request a license for their own computer.

Students can request an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) license for their classes on a per semester basis. There are a limited number of licenses available.
Current faculty and staff can request an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) license.


These quotes are for the campus standard configurations of desktops and laptops. For departments wishing to purchase equipment using their own funds, you may attach the quotes to your requisition which would then get sent to the Purchasing department to purchase.


This form is used when a Department reaches its limit with the storage on its O Drive(s)/OswegoShares and needs to request additional space.

Mailing lists are used to share information related to specific groups.  Mailman is the name of the mailing list software the campus uses to create these email lists.


If a department would like a quote for specific technology, CTS can provide quotes.


Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required with the use of a SUNY Oswego Laker NetID. There are two MFA methods, one to be used with Google and the other to be used with various other digital services including but not limited to Brightspace, myOswego, Adobe, and Office365.


Employees can request accounts to access college business related services such as Banner, Argos, BDMS, and Slate.


Sometimes new web pages are needed to be part of the SUNY Oswego website.  These pages might be for special events, new initiatives, services, etc.  For a new web page to be created, a request can be submitted.


This is used to request software installations for labs and other SUNY-owned devices.


This form is for teaching faculty or staff requiring assistance with their gradebook in Brightspace.

This form is for faculty and staff to request a development shell in Brightspace.

A development shell can be used for a variety of purposes such as developing a new course, edit/revise a previously created course, house materials such as test/quiz banks, test the use of technology tools, etc.


This form is to be used for requesting that your SUNY Oswego email account and Laker NetID be deleted permanently.


Use this form to update an employee's People Search entry on the SUNY Oswego website.


This form is used when a department needs a new (O: Drive) folder(s) or a new share(s) created for shared resources.


This request form is used when a department or person needs to be able to access public/external Google Groups outside our Oswego campus.
