Instructions

How do I redeem my ebooks?

Once you are enrolled in a course with Inclusive Access, you should receive an email that they are available. Access is through your Brightspace courses' content with links to RedShelf.

  • You can also go to https://oswego.redshelf.com and create an account or log into an existing account.
  • Your 'My Shelf' page of your profile shows your ebooks available.
  • If you do not have access close to the start of your courses, contact your instructor.

Issue logging in, courseware troubleshooting, and system errors?

1. Make sure you are using a Chromium-based browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. For Safari and Firefox, this may require two things to enable access. One is enabling cookies in the web browser, and the other is disabling a specific setting called 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'. This setting would stop RedShelf Cookies and therefore should be disabled. Anyone using Firefox should enable cookies in the browser and disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting.

2. Have you tried deleting cookies and cache? Have you tried another browser or an incognito mode?

3. You can find answers to most support questions you have or you can submit a ticket at www.solve.redshelf.com
