The article is regarding receiving an error when opening a page from Banner Admin Application Navigator
Error
Any banner Page returns the following error below:

Issue
- You Are Using A Chromium-based browser and there is an issue with your cache and cookies.
- You are using a Mac and using Safari as the browser.
- You are using Firefox with Cross-Site Tracking Disabled.
Troubleshooting
- To correct this issue in Chrome perform the following steps:
- To correct this issue in Safari perform the following steps:
- Browser settings, under preferences/privacy, uncheck "prevent cross-site tracking"
- To correct this issue in Firefox perform the following steps:
- Open The Firefox Settings Menu.

- Search For "Cookies" In The Firefox Settings Menu.

- Add the following URL as an exception to Enhanced Tracking Protection: https://banner-prod.oswego.edu:10000

- Save your changes by clicking "Save Changes"
