  4. Once the extension is added, Chrome will ask if you want to turn on Google Sync. Click "Turn on sync" and we will customize it so it only syncs Chrome Extensions. If you already have Sync turned on, you won't see this option and may proceed to step 5.

    3. In this "Manage what you sync" window click on "Customize sync." You can now toggle all of the different types of data you'd like to sync. You can toggle everything off, except "Extensions." This is the only item needed for the Pharos Chrome Print extension to work.

    4. Return to the "Sync and Google Services" window by clicking the arrow next to "Manage what you sync." Click the "Confirm" button next to your email address. Google Sync will start the process of syncing extensions.

  5. At this point, you already had Google sync turned on or you have just enabled it to sync Extensions only. We are now ready to configure the Pharos Chrome Print with LakerPrint. To do this, start by clicking the extensions icon (Extension icon within Chrome, looks like a puzzle piece) in the upper right corner of the Chrome window.

  6. A drop-down window will appear showing the Pharos Chrome Print icon with a red exclamation point on it. Click the icon/exclamation point.

  10. Proceed with selecting any other print settings then click "Print." Your document is now uploaded into the LakerPrint Cloud and ready to be released at any LakerPrint release station.  Note that printing subsequent documents will already have "LakerPrint" listed in the Destination field of the print settings, so steps 8 and 9 will not be necessary.

If at any time you'd like to uninstall the Pharos Chrome Extension, click the three vertical icons in the upper right corner of the Chrome window, select Settings, then Extensions, find the Pharos Chrome Print extension, and click "Remove."
