  2. Log in with your Laker NetID and password.

  3. Click the "Upload" button in the top left and navigate to the file on your device that you would like printed and select it. When the file has been uploaded, it will show up in LakerPrint.

***Acceptable uploads and attachments include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Visio files, image and text files (as attachments), and PDF files. To print a document outside of these file formats, please use the “Save As” or “Print” functionality within the application to convert it to PDF.***

  4. Select the document by clicking on the check box to the left of the file name. Use the color, pages per side, sides, copies, and page range settings in the lower right of the window as necessary.  As you make adjustments to these settings, you'll see the monetary value in the "Cost" column to the right of the file name change.  This is the amount that will be deducted from your print quota.

***In the example above, the file "fall_report.pdf" is set to print single-sided as it is (3) pages using (3) physical pieces of paper for a cost of $0.45.  The file "DnD Rule Book.pdf" is set to print double-sided as it is (2) pages using (1) physical sheet of paper for a cost of $0.15.***

  5. Your current print quota balance (before releasing to the printer) is shown as "My Funds" in the lower left of the window. In the example above, there is a balance of $74.25 BEFORE either of the two files is released to print.

  6. Your files are now ready to be printed at any of our LakerPrint release stations.
