Overview
This Article provides a summary of Changes in myOswego for Faculty as of February,2026.
1) Advisee Grade Summary and Faculty Grade Summary are no longer supported. Going forward, midterm and final grades are available in the Class List.
2) Download Your Advisees, Download Your Advisees with Midtermgrades, and Download Your Advisees with Final Grades are no longer separate menu items in myOswego. The functionality of these are now consolidated into a single page listed as Download Your Advisees. From there you can select the corresponding list you require.
3) There have been some minor interface changes to the Download Class List Spreadsheet page.
- Selecting an existing course from the Course List drop down menu will automatically populate the CRN field, or that field can be entered manually. Please note that the drop down list will only include courses with enrollment that you are assigned to.
- To download a class list outside of these parameters, you must manually enter the CRN for the course you need.

4) The Grade Change Form has been updated to streamline data entry and make the form more dynamic. Functionality is otherwise unchanged.
5) The Registration Overrides remain largely unchanged, other than the cosmetic update to the look and feel of the form.

Additionally, a few student-facing pages have been updated to the new interface style. These charges are primarily cosmetic, with functionality of these remaining mostly unchanged.
