Troubleshooting: PowerPoint Presentations are not readable in Brightspace

Overview

PowerPoint presentations can be opened directly from the Content area in Brightspace. If a presentation is unreadable because the text appears layered on top of the slides, follow the steps in this article to resolve the issue.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the course with the PowerPoint display issue.
  2. Click on the Content tab.
  3. Click on the module which contains the PowerPoint.
  4. Click on the PowerPoint.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide; click on the View as Page option.
