Overview
This article provides instructions for resolving an issue with Panopto for Windows where recordings save as 'Offline Recordings' instead of uploading automatically. This can be caused by a persistent sign-in error that is resolved by clearing your web browser's cache and signing back into the Panopto application
Instructions
If your Panopto recordings are not uploading automatically and appear in the Manage Recordings tab under Offline Recordings, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Sign out of the Panopto for Windows application.

Close the Panopto application completely.

Clear the cache and cookies for your computer's default web browser.

Re-open the Panopto for Windows application and sign in again. Future recordings should now upload automatically.
