Software Available for Faculty and Staff Computers

Faculty and Staff new computers have the following software available for use.  For self-install and virtual applications, please click the link in the appropriate column for instructions. Most software allows it to be installed on 3-5 machines.

If you need assistance with using self-install or virtual applications, or would like to have a virtual application installed locally, please contact the Help Desk by submitting a ticket at oswego.teamdynamix.com, calling 315.312.3456 or by emailing help@oswego.edu.  Contact us as well to consult on software not on this list.

Please note the following operating system that will be installed by default on all new computers:

  • Sequoia for Macs
  • Windows 11 for PCs

Virtual Applications 

Virtual Applications are available for use on-campus and off-campus.  The list of software available may be slightly different depending on if you are accessing it from a SUNY-owned device vs. a personal device as some software prohibits the use of the software on personal devices.
