Elevate My Access Feature
Available when installing/updating software with the CTS App Store is unavailable. This will give standard users elevated access, which will be used to download software that a user may need. Open the CTS App Store application.
-
Go to View > Reload CTS App Store to refresh.
-
In the left-hand search bar, type "Elevate My Access."

Click "Request" to initiate access.
Updating Software
You can update software using the CTS App Store; the updates run automatically on the device.
- Select Notifications from the left menu. You will see available updates for installed software. If this is empty, there are no pending updates.
- Select Update next to the application you want to update. The update button will become a progress wheel until the installation is complete.
