Updating the Zoom App

Overview

Follow these instructions to update the Zoom Desktop Application.

Issue
  1. Log into the Zoom App on your desktop.
  2. Click on your profile in the top right corner.
  3. Select Check for Updates.
  4. The latest version of Zoom will start to download. Once it is complete, click Download.
Troubleshooting

If you are getting a page similar to this:

please follow the instructions for Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application

  • Note: if you are not an admin on the machine you will need to contact CTS.
