There are a few different ways to export Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) data from Helio Campus. You can either use one of the canned reports from the system, or you can locate specific data using the Survey Manager. This article explores the latter.
Instructions
- Select the menu in the upper left hand corner on the Helio Campus dashboard after logging in. In the menu, go to Survey, then Survey Manager.
- To filter to the surveys you are looking for, there are a number of options. In this example, we are filtering by term, specifically the Fall 2025 term.
- Once you found the survey campaign you are looking for, click on it. You should only see campaigns that include courses or departments you have access to.
- Once in the campaign, click the Survey Results option in the navigation menu on the left. From there, you can drill down to the courses you are looking for, or you can export data by department.
