Overview
This article contains instructions on how to access Adobe Creative Cloud applications on a Mac in the computer labs.
Issue
- A white screen is a known issue with the Mac version of Adobe, but there's at least one effective work around.
- If students start by launching the Adobe Creative Cloud application instead of the individual apps they should not get the white screen.
Troubleshooting
- Launch the Creative Cloud app, students can click the Launchpad icon on the dock.
- Then use the search box to look for Creative Cloud. You will need to run the one that says "Creative Cloud".
- From there launch any of the Adobe apps.
- Lastly, students can also log into the Adobe website, then go to https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices to make sure they are not logged in on another device.
- If this does not work for you and you are using a personal computer, try repairing the Adobe Creative Cloud application or uninstalling/emptying it from the trash and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager.
