Overview
This article is for employees using the new printing system that SUNY Oswego is implementing called OswegoPrint. It describes how to securely release (print) a document at an employee designated printer.
Please note the following:
- The passcode used to release documents is not your SUNY Oswego Laker NetID password. It is a separate passcode assigned to you when you use OswegoPrint for the first time. Reset your passcode from your own computer if you have forgotten it.
Instructions
- Go to an OswegoPrint printer and if necessary, tap the panel to wake the printer up.
- Enter your passcode at the "Secure Print Login" screen and click the "Login" button. See note above if you have forgotten your passcode.

- Choose one of the following options:
- Click the "Print All" button if you want to print all of the documents waiting to be released.

- Click the "Review Documents" button to review and select the documents you have waiting and click the "Print" button.
- If you want to change some of the print options, click the check box next to the document and then choose the "Print Options" button.

- Click the "Sign Out" button from the upper left screen when you have completed your printing, copying, and/or scanning.
