If you cannot log into LakerApps, please review these tips.
Instructions
- Students, staff and faculty should enter their Laker NetID as the username.
- Verify your email address is active. To do this, you can go through the Oswego Email Activate process again and it will inform you.
- Have you forgotten your password? The password for LakerApps is the same one you use to log in to other online services such as Brightspace, the wireless network, and the campus computer labs. You could try logging into one of those services to ensure your password is working correctly - note the username for the wireless network and campus computer labs is your Laker NetID.
- If you think your password is not functioning properly, reset it using the Reset Password utility.
- If the online password reset does not work, you must contact the CTS Help Desk during scheduled office hours to reset it.
