This article explains how to release a secure print document on HP M603 printers.

Instructions

On the HP M603 Printer

  1. Press the home button on the control panel of the printer

  2. Use the down arrow button on the control panel to select "Retrieve from device memory" and press the "OK" button (on the control panel).

  3. Use the down arrow button to select your folder from the list. It will be listed as your Laker NetID.  Press the "OK" button.

  4. Use the arrow buttons to select the document you want to release and press "OK."

  5. Press the "OK" button to select "Print."

  6. Use the control panel to enter your PIN and press "OK" 

  7. If needed, use the control panel to enter the number of copies needed. By default, it is set to "1."  Then press "OK."

  8. Your document should now print and the control panel is set back to the beginning of the process.
